Terms & Conditions – Doit Travel
Welcome to Doit Travel. By using our website and booking our travel products, tours, or services you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully as they form the legal basis of your agreement with Doit Travel.
The person making the booking is considered to accept these terms on behalf of all participants listed in the reservation. Any modifications to these terms must be issued in writing by Doit Travel.
1. Product Availability & Changes
- All tours, services, and products are valid only for the dates displayed on the Doit Travel website.
- Doit Travel is not liable for information provided by third parties.
- Any request for changes (dates, itinerary, or participants) must be submitted to our travel consultants.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Full payment or issuance of a voucher does not guarantee changes without applicable fees, especially for air tickets.
2. Pricing & What’s Included
- Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.
- All rates reflect local tariffs at the time of quotation and are subject to exchange rate variations.
- Prices may change until a booking is confirmed.
- Unless specified, prices include taxes, service fees, port charges, park fees, and entry visas for Egypt.
- Prices do not include personal expenses, tips, optional activities, or meals and drinks not listed under “Inclusions.”
3. Payments
- Accepted cards: Visa and MasterCard.
- No extra service fee is charged for credit/debit card payments.
- Full payment is required to secure a booking unless otherwise noted.
- Payments will appear as Doit Travel or Doit Travel Online on your card statement.
- Once a tour or service begins, no refunds will be issued for unused services.
- We don’t usually require down payment in overland tours and you can pay the total amount of your tour directly to your tour guide and there are many methods of payment you can use. You can pay in cash in USD,, Euro, EGP with an updated exchange rate and you can also pay using your Credit Card with an extra 3% as bank fees
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following fees:
- More than 35 days before arrival: 6% bank transaction fee
- 35–30 days: 25% of total tour cost.
- 29–20 days: 50% of total tour cost.
- 19–11 days: 65% of total tour cost.
- 10–1 day: 100% of total tour cost.
Domestic flight cancellations are subject to airline policies.
5. Deposits & Payment Deadlines
- Standard bookings require a 50% deposit; Christmas/New Year periods require 75%.
- Packages including international flights require full flight payment at booking.
- Full payment is due 6 weeks before departure.
- Credit card payments may require:
– Passport copy
– Both sides of the credit card with signature
– Authorization letter matching passport and card signature
6. Refunds & Complaints
- Complaints should be reported immediately for prompt resolution.
- Refunds (if applicable) are made via the original payment method.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion with supporting documentation.
- Refund adjustments are based on actual service costs, not unused sightseeing or meals.
7. Accommodation
- Prices assume double occupancy (twin-sharing).
- Single rooms incur a supplement.
- Hotels listed reflect the expected standard; similar alternatives may be used if necessary.
8. Flights
- Domestic Flights: Prices and timings are approximate; requests for specific times may affect the total cost.
- International Flights: Doit Travel can assist, but booking from your departure country may provide better rates. International tickets must be paid via bank transfer.
9. Liability
Doit Travel acts as an agent for all services and does not assume liability for:
- Delays, accidents, injuries, or losses
- Events beyond our control (weather, strikes, government actions, force majeure)
- Additional expenses resulting from third-party service issues
10. Children Policy
Packages, Cruises, Hotels:
- Under 2 years: free
- Under 6 years: 25% of adult price
- Under 10 years: 50% of adult price
- 12+ years: adult price
Sightseeing & Excursions:
- Under 6 years: free
- Under 10 years: 50% of adult price
Airline supplements may apply to children.
11. Tipping
Tipping is discretionary but appreciated as a token of satisfaction with the services.
12. Vouchers
- You will receive a Doit Travel voucher for each booking.
- Presenting the original voucher is mandatory to redeem services.
13. Passports, Visas & Insurance
- Travelers are responsible for visa and entry requirements.
- Visa and health requirements may change without notice.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
14. Website Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Post false reviews or trade reviews with other businesses
- Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the site in a way that violates the law or harms others
15. Agreement Acceptance
Payment of deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agreement to abide by them.
